The services
We provide language-learning and culture tools, games, and related content. Features may change, pause, or end as we iterate. Some experiences are free and supported by advertising; others may require an account.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure. You must be old enough to use the services under the laws of your country (and at least 13 years old where that is the platform minimum). Do not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes.
Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit, or interfere with games or leaderboards
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
- Do not misuse ads, bots, or automated tools to inflate rewards
Virtual items, $zuko, and prizes
In-game currencies, points, weekly prize estimates, and similar rewards are promotional features of the products. They have no cash value outside the rules we publish for a given program, may be adjusted or cancelled, and do not create a bank account, investment, or guaranteed payout. Payouts, if any, depend on eligibility, verification, ad revenue actually received, and the program rules in effect that week. Fraudulent play may forfeit rewards.
Advertising
Parts of the site display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertiser offers. Interaction with ads is subject to those parties' terms and our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
zukoverseAI branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit; you grant us a license to host and use it to operate and improve the services (especially language-preservation contributions on ZukoLang).
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or specific earnings from ads or prizes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, zukoverseAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
